
Be Healthy Bucks is a free, confidential service that has supported thousands of Buckinghamshire residents to stop smoking. The programme offers up to 12 weeks of personalised support from specialist advisors, delivered through face-to-face appointments, telephone sessions, or digital platforms.
To assist individuals on their quit journey, the service provides access to stop- smoking aids, including Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and e-cigarettes or vapes.
Support is tailored to individual needs and is available in a variety of formats. To be eligible, individuals must be aged 12 or over and either reside in Buckinghamshire or be registered with a Buckinghamshire GP.
The Service Offers:
- Tailored Support
Up to 8–12 weeks of one-to-one support from trained health and wellbeing coaches who understand the challenges of quitting smoking. - Stop-Smoking Aids
Access to a range of aids, including NRT and e-cigarettes/vapes, to support individuals in quitting. - Expert Guidance
Advisors provide personalised treatment plans and ongoing behavioural support. - Flexible Access
Support is available through:

- Community Clinics
- Regular in-person clinics are held in locations such as Aylesbury and the Chiltern District.
